Aaliyah and Matthew’s wedding day was the perfect mix of classic elegance and vibrant celebration—exactly the kind of day that feels unforgettable from the first moment to the last. These two tied the knot at Cescaphe Ballroom in Philadelphia, a venue that always knows how to bring the wow factor. From the soaring ceilings to the chandeliers and candlelit romance, their Wedding at Cescaphe Ballroom felt like it was made for their day.

Before all the excitement kicked off at the ballroom, we made a quick stop in Old City for portraits at Merchants Exchange. It’s one of those Philly spots that never gets old—the stately columns, soft light, and historic charm made it the perfect backdrop for Aaliyah and Matthew. The two of them looked completely at home with each other, sharing a few quiet moments before the festivities began.

Their jertig ceremony was full of emotion (yes, a few happy tears were shed), and the reception that followed was just pure energy. Between heartfelt toasts, an incredible dinner, and one of the most packed dance floors we’ve seen all season, there was no shortage of love or laughter. Aaliyah and Matthew clearly have a crew that loves them hard, and the whole night felt like one big celebration of their story.
